Buffet

Our Buffet-style catering service has long been a staple for wedding receptions, and for good reason - It’s an economical and versatile way to feed a lot of guests with different dietary preferences at once. Our buffet service allows guests more freedom to mingle, hit the bar, and fill their plate at their own pace… giving a special affair a more casual social vibe.

Stations

Whether you want to encourage guests to mingle a bit more or need a more interactive feel for a larger space like Terminus 330, stations style service does it all by providing unique and delicious food stations sure to impress guests at any event. Choose from Stations menu, or build your own station with a sales person!

Family Style

If you want an event where guests stay seated but there’s still some choice and interaction with the food, Family Style service might be perfect for your event. Platters of beautifully made food are brought to individual tables, where guests can then serve themselves tableside with anything they’d like. This style of service is perfect for events where guests want to stay seated, but still have some choice and freedom in building their own perfect plate.

Plated

The most formal of the catering service types we offer, our plated service allows your guests to enjoy a more traditional dining experience without having to get up. Our servers bring out beautifully plated meals directly to your table. In addition, because all menu items are pre-portioned, our chefs expertly craft all details of the menu to suit your event perfectly.
